Turnaround Policy

Turnaround time is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on our current workload. During this time, our artists are diligently working to create your custom piece.

• Once your design has been approved, it is final.
• Please ensure that all design details are correct before submission, as we are not responsible for any changes requested after the design is submitted.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow merchandise credit or exchanges, subject to the conditions below.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

• Return Approval is required before sending any items back.
• Damaged item claims must be made within 1–2 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged items).
• Items returned after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted — no exceptions.
• Returns made after 2–3 days of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us the following information to request Return Approval:

• Contact Name
• Email Address
• Order Number
• Order Date
• Item(s) to be exchanged
• Reason for Return/Exchange

2. Once approved, ship the item(s) to:
